1. General Terms
The website www.allaboutmedicals.gr is the online store of the company “All About Medicals,” headquartered at Makedonomachou Prantouna 22, 11525 Athens. Before browsing our website and making any transactions, we invite you to review the terms and conditions set forth herein, which apply to your navigation and use of the All About Medicals online store.
All About Medicals reserves the right to unilaterally amend the General Terms. All About Medicals undertakes the obligation to inform users of any modifications or changes through this online store’s website, by displaying a relevant notice indicating the effective date of each version of the Terms at the beginning of the text. It is clarified that any modification of the General Terms shall not affect orders already placed, which will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of ordering. The most recent revision was carried out on 10/06/2025.
2. Provided Information & Products
All About Medicals takes all reasonable measures to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the information provided on the website www.allaboutmedicals.gr regarding the absence of legal defects in the goods made available through the website and the related services, as well as their conformity with the contract, as provided in Articles 534 to 538 of the Greek Civil Code.
All About Medicals bears no responsibility for statements (promotional activities or descriptions) made by third parties regarding the products, for product characteristics which it is not aware of and could not reasonably be aware of, or if, at the time of the order, a statement regarding product characteristics has been altered in the same or a similar manner as initially made, and the buyer’s decision could not have been influenced by the statement/announcement/disclosure of such characteristics. Finally, All About Medicals is not responsible for obvious technical or typographical errors, which may have occurred unintentionally or due to website downtime caused by force majeure, where the buyer’s decision could not have been influenced by the statement/announcement/disclosure of such characteristics.
Regarding the provision of digital content
“Digital content”: data produced and supplied in digital form.
“Digital service” means:
a) a service that allows the recipient to create, process, or store data in digital form or to access such data, or
b) a service that allows the exchange of data in digital form, or any other interaction with such data, which is uploaded or created by the recipient or other users of the service.
All About Medicals takes all reasonable measures to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the information provided on the website www.allaboutmedicals.gr regarding the conformity of digital content or services with the contract, as provided in Articles 9 to 14 of Law 4967/2022.
3. Limitation of Liability
All About Medicals guarantees the timely notification of end consumers regarding the possible unavailability of products, digital content, or services, in the same manner it informs them about the other characteristics of the products. The All About Medicals online store is not liable for any technical issues that may occur to users when attempting to access the website and during such access, which are related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the use of the website.
Furthermore, All About Medicals bears no responsibility for acts or omissions of third parties, and in particular for unauthorized interventions by third parties in products and/or services and/or information made available through the website.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The website www.allaboutmedicals.gr is the official online site of All About Medicals. Its layout, as well as all content posted by All About Medicals, including images, graphics, photographs, designs, texts, provided services, and products, constitute the intellectual property of All About Medicals and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek Law, European Law, and international conventions.
The names, trade names, distinctive titles, trademarks, images, logos, and distinguishing features, whether registered or not, as well as the related rights thereto, representing All About Medicals and/or its online store and/or contracted third parties, and their products or services, belong exclusively to All About Medicals and/or such third parties and are protected under Greek, EU, and international laws on trademarks, intellectual (industrial and copyright) property, and unfair competition.
In any case, their appearance and display on the website www.allaboutmedicals.gr should in no way be interpreted as a transfer, assignment, or granting of a license or right of use to any visitor or user of the website. Specifically, access to the website and its content shall in no event create or grant any right, title, or interest with respect to the intellectual property rights of All About Medicals.
Users of the website accept that they are not permitted to distribute, publish, modify, translate, adapt, lease, sell, assign, present, license, sublicense, or reverse engineer the website and/or any of its content. Furthermore, users are not permitted to use the trademarks and/or distinguishing features of All About Medicals in any manner that may disparage such trademarks and the goodwill associated with them.
In cases where a user of the website believes that its content in any way infringes upon their rights and/or the rights of third parties, they may send an email to sales@allaboutmedicals.gr specifying the content considered illegal and the reasons substantiating the infringement, so that such claims may be further examined and any unlawful content removed in a timely manner.
5. User Obligations
Users of the website www.allaboutmedicals.gr agree that they shall not use this website or the All About Medicals online store to send, publish, email, or otherwise transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, slanderous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or expressing racial, ethnic, or other discrimination; that may cause harm to minors in any way; that is not permitted to be posted, copied, or otherwise disclosed under applicable law (such as confidential information or information covered by a duty of confidentiality); that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other related rights and/or intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered) of third parties in general; that contains software viruses or any other codes, files, or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy, or impede the operation of any computer software or hardware; that intentionally or unintentionally violates applicable Greek and European law and its provisions; that may harass third parties in any way; and any content, in particular software, used for the collection or storage of users’ personal data.
6. Security
All About Medicals recognizes the importance of the security of your personal data as well as your electronic transactions and takes all necessary measures, using the most modern and advanced methods, to ensure your maximum possible security. All information related to your personal details and transactions is secure and confidential. The security of the All About Medicals online store is achieved through the following methods:
Customer Identification
The credentials used to identify you are twofold: your username (email) and your personal secret security password. Every time you enter these, you gain access to your personal user profile with absolute security. You may change your personal password as often as you wish. The username (email) cannot be changed. If you wish to change your username, you may notify us via email at sales@allaboutmedicals.gr
so that we may delete the existing account, allowing you to create a new one using a different email address.
Only you have access to your details through the above credentials, and you are solely responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and preventing their disclosure to third parties. In the event of their loss or leakage, either individually or in combination, you must notify us immediately; otherwise, the All About Medicals online store bears no responsibility for use of the credentials by an unauthorized person. For security reasons, we recommend changing your password at regular intervals and avoiding the use of the same, similar, or easily detectable passwords (e.g., date of birth). We further recommend including not only letters and numbers but also symbols and a mix of uppercase and lowercase characters when creating your password. Minimum requirements: at least 6 characters, at least 1 number, at least 1 letter. Letters must be Latin characters.
Automatic Logout
If no activity occurs for 20 minutes, users of the All About Medicals online store are automatically logged out.
Controlled Access (firewall)
Access to All About Medicals’ systems (network infrastructure) is monitored and restricted by modern, fully updated security systems, ensuring graded access only by authorized users, preventing unauthorized access to systems and infrastructure, as well as any potential data leakage.
Encryption
All About Medicals’ infrastructure relies on modern encryption protocols that allow the secure exchange of information through tunnels preventing third-party access. This ensures that the information reaches its destination intact and that the sender/recipient is the expected party, not a third party.
Additionally, pages offered to the user for processing personal data (order placement, account management, address management, etc.) require the user to log in to their account using their username and password (authentication).
Confidentiality of Transactions
Maintaining confidentiality is self-evident. The same fundamental principles governing traditional transactions also apply in the case of e-commerce. All information transmitted by the user/visitor to All About Medicals is confidential, and All About Medicals has taken all necessary measures to ensure it is used only to the extent deemed necessary in the context of the services provided.
Some of the measures taken include:
- Only authorized employees have access to your transaction information and only whenever necessary, e.g., to process your requests.
- All About Medicals does not disclose customer details and their transactions unless it has written authorization from them or disclosure is required by a court order or decision of another public authority.
- In cases where All About Medicals uses third parties to support its systems, it ensures the safeguarding of personal data and confidentiality.
- For your own safety, you should also treat all information provided through the service as confidential and not disclose it to any third parties.

All About Medicals, in its capacity as Data Controller, informs you that, in the context of operating its online store, it complies with all obligations arising from the applicable national and European legal framework on personal data protection, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Law 4624/2019, as well as the specific legislation on electronic communications.

8. Purchase of Products
In our e-shop, you can find thousands of professional uniform products.
To make your search easier, we have divided our products into main categories. Each category has a tree of subcategories displayed on your screen.
All About Medicals makes every effort to provide high-quality services. Nevertheless, errors in prices and secondary product characteristics cannot be excluded, nor can it be guaranteed that there will be no interruptions of the website’s operation or “human” errors during the updating/entry of a product’s price. For the safety and effectiveness of your purchases and to avoid inconvenience, we urge you, if you notice that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price compared to its market value, to contact our Customer Service Department at +30 211 0084819 or through the website’s contact form before placing your order.
After placing your order, you will receive an automated email stating your order details. Once your order has been processed by the All About Medicals e-commerce department, you will also receive a second confirmation email with the products that will be shipped to you.
During the progress of your order, you will receive a series of automated emails referring to the following steps:
- Order Received: Your order has been received by a company associate who checks it for accuracy and completeness.
- Order in Progress: Your order is at the stage of product collection in our warehouse.
- Shipped: The products in your order have been collected and dispatched to your address.
- Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled either at your request or due to our inability to contact you following the provision of inaccurate details.
- Ready for Pickup: This confirms that, if you have chosen to collect your order from a physical store, the order has been delivered to the store of your choice and will be available for pickup for up to three (3) days.
In case there is an outstanding issue with the execution of your order, you will receive a corresponding email. Alternatively, we will contact you at the phone numbers you provided during registration or when placing your order in our e-shop.
There is no way to deactivate these notifications, as their delivery is a prerequisite for the proper progress of your order. We ask that you ensure these emails can reach you and that you keep them throughout our transaction. According to the general terms governing our transactions, it is your obligation to notify us without delay if you do not receive the relevant emails.
Your products will be delivered as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period not exceeding thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract. Exceptions apply to products with the status “Pre-order,” “Expected,” or “Upon Order,” for which separate delivery information is provided.
9. Right of Withdrawal for Distance Purchases
If you are a consumer, in the case of purchases made at a distance (e.g., via the Internet), you may return a product and we will refund the purchase price if you notify us in writing through the withdrawal form or by calling the Customer Service Department at +30 211 0084819 within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you, or a third party designated by you, received the product. In the case of multiple products ordered together, the deadline begins when you receive the last product in the batch, or in the case of periodic deliveries, upon completion of the final delivery.
Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the product to us in the original excellent condition (“as new”) in which it was delivered, or to provide us with clear and indisputable proof that you have securely dispatched it, within fourteen (14) calendar days from exercising the right of withdrawal. Except where the product can be returned by regular post (not courier), the cost of return shall be borne by you. Under these conditions, within fourteen (14) calendar days, we are obliged to refund any amounts paid to us, using the same payment method you chose when paying the purchase price. If you paid by payment card, we issue the refund instruction to the card issuer once the product has been returned to us, and we are not liable for any delays in the crediting of the amount to you that are not attributable to us.
The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods only as a result of handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. We are not responsible and will not compensate the consumer, nor shall the withdrawal produce any effect, in cases where the goods have been damaged due to the consumer’s fault or used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
In all cases, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary supporting documents and the receipt of delivery. If the return shipping cost exceeds the cost of universal postal service, it shall not be covered by All About Medicals and shall be borne by the customer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal for the purchase of a product made in the context of a promotional activity, whether it involves a promotional package (e.g., product set) or an additional gift, you are obliged to return the entire package or the additional gift received with your order. If you do not return all products received, All About Medicals reserves the right to deduct their value from the refund amount.
In the event of withdrawal from a purchase made under a promotional activity accompanied by a coupon or gift voucher for a future purchase, you must refrain from redeeming it if you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal. In such a case, you must return the coupon or gift voucher together with your order. If the coupon or gift voucher has already been redeemed at the time of withdrawal, the total amount of the refund will be adjusted accordingly, after deducting the value of the coupon or gift voucher used.
You are not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases provided for in Article 3(i)(b) of Law 2251/1994 and in any other case provided for by law or by these Terms in accordance with the law.
10. Supplier’s Liability and Warranty, Seller’s Liability for Defects
The manufacturer of each product is liable for any damage caused by a defect in the product. Related claims are time-barred in accordance with the law. If you are in doubt as to the identity of the manufacturer of a garment you purchased from us, please notify us immediately.
For every product you purchase from our store, the statutory warranty for actual defects applies. If a defect is found in the garment you purchased, you may:
- request repair or replacement free of charge, provided this is feasible,
- request a price reduction, or
- withdraw from the purchase (refund), unless the defect is minor.
The above obligations do not apply if the defect is due to your fault, normal wear and tear from use, or force majeure.
All About Medicals will provide you with all possible assistance to ensure the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty terms are applied, at no cost. In addition, it retains towards you all obligations provided for in the Civil Code regarding the seller. Related claims are time-barred within two (2) years from the date of purchase.
11. Order Cancellation
Order cancellation by the customer
Without prejudice to the provisions on withdrawal rights for distance purchases, order cancellation may take place in the following cases:
- Before the electronic order is completed: during the online ordering process you may go “back” and remove product quantities from your cart by pressing the designated button.
- If the electronic order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you may call +30 211 0084819 and one of our associates will handle the cancellation of your order.
- If your order has already been invoiced and you still wish to cancel it, please contact the Customer Service Department at +30 211 0084819 and provide your order details. However, the status of the order will not be updated on your account page.
All About Medicals’ right to cancel an order
All About Medicals reserves the right to cancel an order if both of the following conditions apply:
- There are reasons preventing the processing of the order which are not attributable to All About Medicals (see below for indicative cases), and
- It is not possible to contact the customer using the details provided when placing the order, in order for the customer to provide the necessary clarifications for the processing of the order.
All About Medicals will make every effort to contact the customer using the contact details provided, via both phone and email.
Specifically, All About Medicals will attempt to contact the customer at least three (3) times, using each available method separately (phone and email).
If All About Medicals has made all reasonable attempts to contact the customer and the inability to communicate is not attributable to the company, an email will be sent to the customer confirming the communication failure and informing them of the order cancellation.
In the event of cancellation under the above procedure, All About Medicals will refund the customer the purchase price already paid as well as any other cost or expense, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Cases where order processing is deemed impossible include, among others, the following:
- Payment is pending or cannot be executed using the customer’s selected payment method (e.g., payment by bank transfer has not been completed).
- The address provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect.
- The order includes customer comments that are either impossible to fulfill or require modification by the customer in order to be fulfilled (e.g., a request for delivery outside delivery hours in the customer’s area).
- The customer has entered a postal code that does not correspond to the stated address, resulting in an incorrect calculation of shipping costs during order placement and additional charges arising.
- The customer, following explicit agreement with All About Medicals, has requested that the order be placed on hold and subsequently fails to complete it within the agreed timeframe.
12. Difference Between In-Store Price and Online Store Price
All About Medicals’ pricing policy for its products is the same across all its distribution channels: physical stores, catalogs, and the online store.
In any case, although we make every possible effort to accurately list the details and prices presented in our online store, we cannot exclude the possibility of typographical or technical errors appearing in product prices and characteristics.

- For orders under €85, shipping costs are as follows for parcels up to 2kg:

If the shipment weight exceeds 2kg, there is an additional charge of €1.00 per extra kilo. If you choose Cash on Delivery, an additional fee of €1.70 applies.

16. Informational Emails (Newsletters)
All About Medicals periodically sends informational emails to customers who (a) have chosen to receive them and have explicitly provided their consent, or (b) have provided their email address in the context of transactions and have not objected, upon being informed, to receiving commercial promotional messages.
All About Medicals is not responsible if newsletters are not delivered to their destination, despite making every possible effort with Mail Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure delivery. Newsletters may end up in the spam folder, so please check regularly to ensure they are not stored there.
If you no longer wish to receive newsletters or wish to be removed entirely from All About Medicals’ mailing list, you can click the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the newsletter.
If you have placed an order on the All About Medicals website, we will send automated informational emails regarding the progress of your order. These messages are sent exclusively for purposes related to the progress of your order and are not commercial communications. In this context, please ensure that these messages can reach you and that you retain them throughout our transaction.

17. My Order Was Delayed
Your order may have been delayed for the following reasons:
- The product was delayed by our supplier.
To offer you very competitive prices, we source our products from a wide range of domestic and international suppliers. In some cases, an order may be “stuck” at customs or in transit, resulting in the product not arriving at our warehouse as expected. In such a case, we will contact you to ask whether you wish us to deliver your order without that item. As soon as the product arrives at our warehouse, we will ship it to you immediately. Products that are not available in our warehouse at the time of your order explicitly state that they are on pre-order or that delivery may be delayed for this reason. - The product you ordered has been discontinued and is no longer available.
Among the thousands of products offered in our online store, there are rare cases where a supplier suddenly and unexpectedly discontinues a product. In such cases, we will contact you immediately to provide all available alternatives. This situation also applies to products not available in our warehouse at the time of your order. - During periods of extreme weather, pandemics, government decisions, strikes, or any case of force majeure that may affect the transportation and delivery of your order.
- If it is impossible to contact you by phone and/or email to resolve an issue, either regarding the product or the payment of your order (e.g., the details you provided are not properly updated).
18. Dispute Resolution
All About Medicals places great importance on serving consumer needs and resolving any issues arising from transactions with us. However, if we are unable to fully resolve any issues you may have and you believe that any of your rights arising from our transactions are being infringed in any way, you may seek resolution of such disputes through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform as provided in Article 14 of Regulation 524/2013.
Through the ODR, you may submit for resolution any dispute you may have. The national contact point for ODR in Greece is the European Consumer Centre Greece, information about which, as well as about dispute resolution, can be found at ec.europa.eu/odr. The above in no way limits the rights of either you or us to bring a claim before the competent courts.

All About Medicals occasionally provides its customers with discount coupons and/or gift vouchers as part of promotional activities. Discount coupons/gift vouchers can be used/redeemed for purchases from our e-shop as a discount on the product price.
